Dawes Galaxy Twin
The Galaxy Twin is a touring specific tandem. Based on the original Galaxy bicycle but with all the things you need for when two’s company. The Galaxy Twin has an alloy frame, drop front bars and a suspension seat post for the rear rider. Also equipped with Truvativ Firex Gigapipe cranks, 27 speed Shimano XT rear mech and Shimano cantilever brakes. For added security when loaded a secondary Quad mechanical disc brake is fitted on the rear. Just as you’d expect from a tourer, the Galaxy Twin is fitted with two pannier racks and front and rear mudgaurds making it the ideal tandem for those long rides.
